P.A. Power Washer Unloader Valve Kit - 4050 PSI 10.5 GPM

The valve is designed to ensure reduced pressure loss through optimized internal passages. The piston inside the valve features an antirotation device, obtained by an hexagonal sector of the piston itself. O-rings of the fittings are positioned upstream to the thread to eliminate the risk of fittings being ejected in case of overpressure. The valve also includes a double feed connection and a version with a knob fitted with locknut for minimum working pressure adjustment.

1) The valve is designed for continuous use with water at a temperature of 60°C (140°F) and can work for short periods with water at a maximum temperature of 90°C (195°F). 2) In bypass mode, the decrease of pressure in the circuit downstream of the valve must occur in order for the valve to restore the working pressure in the system. The indicated figure is expressed as a percentage of the pressure setting (working pressure). 3) If the valve is fed through the lower inlet port, the maximum flow rate is 20 l/min. At gun closure, a pressure increase occurs in the circuit downstream of the valve and is used to activate the valve and discharge all the flow in bypass. The value of the pressure increase depends on the correct setting of the valve and the layout of the system.
