Identifying Your Coleman A/C Model To identify your Coleman A/C model, open the unit and locate the metal electric box housing the capacitors. The wiring schematic on the back of the access panel will contain a number beginning with 1976. This cross reference number is essential for identifying the wiring and installation for your air conditioner.

Indicator Lights LED1: Start - Illuminates when the air conditioner is initiated. If flashing, there is a 3-minute delay period and the system is waiting. LED2: Run - After a successful startup, this green indicator light remains illuminated steadily. LED3: Fail - If the startup fails, the red indicator light remains on without repeating startup attempts.

Digital Fault Codes 0 - Abnormal power supply voltage; either too high or too low. Check the power supply. 1 - Startup circuit fault. Check for disconnection in the wiring from soft start to the compressor starting winding. 2 - Overworking current, indicating a short circuit fault. 3 - Startup failure. The load is resistive or there is a wiring error.
